- The 100% Welcome Bonus up to R5 000 ("the Promotion") is available to all new 10bet customers who make a first qualifying deposit of R50 or more.
- The Promotion is available once per person, family, household, IP address and device.
- To qualify, customers must select the Promotion in the Cashier before making their first qualifying deposit. Only qualifying deposits made after opting in will be eligible for the Promotion.
- Deposits made using cryptocurrency are not eligible for this Promotion.
- The Welcome Bonus can be used on Sports, Horse Racing and Casino games and is subject to the following wagering requirements:
- Casino games: 35x (deposit + bonus)
- Sports & Horse Racing: 6x (deposit + bonus) on bets placed at minimum odds of 2.00
- For Sports and Horse Racing, only the first settled bet on each selection, market and event will count towards the wagering requirement.
- The bonus is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited. Any unused bonus and/or winnings derived from it will expire if the wagering requirements are not met within this period.
- General Bonus Terms
- Upon claiming the Promotion, the bonus will be credited to a separate bonus balance. Deposited funds will remain in a separate cash balance. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fulfilled.
- If both cash and bonus funds are available, cash funds will always be used first when placing bets. Bonus funds will only be used once the cash balance has been fully depleted.
- Not all bets contribute equally towards the wagering requirements.

To complete the wagering requirements, they must wager:- R1 200 on Sports or Horse Racing (6 × Deposit + Bonus)
- R7 000 on Slots (35 × Deposit + Bonus)
- R70 000 on Roulette or Blackjack (10% wagering contribution)
- Only settled bets count towards the wagering requirements. Cancelled, void, invalid, cashed-out bets, Starting Price bets and bets placed using Free Bets do not contribute.
- If a customer requests a withdrawal or cancels their bonus before completing the applicable wagering requirements, the bonus will be cancelled and all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Only the remaining portion of the original deposit (if any) will remain available for withdrawal.
- If a customer requests to cancel a bonus while any bets are still open, such bets will not be eligible for settlement or winnings once the bonus has been cancelled and any bonus-related value will be forfeited. Any remaining portion of the original deposit (if any) will remain available for withdrawal.
- This bonus cannot be combined with any other Promotion and cannot be used as a qualification requirement for other Promotions.
- 10bet reserves the right to suspend customers from the Promotion due to fraudulent activity.
- All bonuses and Promotions are intended for recreational use only. 10bet reserves the right to review gameplay and betting patterns before processing any withdrawal.
- Irregular play includes but is not limited to:
- Placing bets on multiple outcomes of the same event or market (including opposite or related bets) in order to reduce risk or guarantee a profit (e.g. betting on both over and under 2.5 goals or covering multiple outcomes in the same match).
- Using a combination of Bonus and Real Money funds on the same event or market to reduce risk or secure a guaranteed return.
- Repeatedly placing bets on markets or opportunities designed to maximise return with minimal risk.
- Any betting patterns that indicate risk-free profit-seeking, bonus abuse, or attempts to circumvent the intended wagering requirements.
- Where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse or activity inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, 10bet may, at its sole discretion, withhold withdrawals, cancel bonuses and void associated winnings, apply deposit or withdrawal restrictions, or suspend or close accounts.
- 10bet reserves the right to determine whether gameplay undermines the spirit of a Promotional offer and to take action in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
- 10bet reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion at its own discretion for reasonable and/or justifiable reasons and without notice. In such event you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against 10bet and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against 10bet.
- By claiming the bonus, customers hereby indemnify, release and hold 10bet, its Directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors harmless from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from participating in the Promotion.
- By participating in the Promotion, customers agree that 10bet may collect and process your personal information for the purpose of this Promotion and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Every customer participating in the Promotion will be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions, the General 10bet Terms & Conditions and the 10bet General Promotional Terms, by virtue of participation.
