Terms and Conditions

1. The Welcome Bonus (“Promotion”) is available to new customers only who have not made a real money deposit.
2. The Promotion is a one-time offer limited to one per person, family, household, IP address and device. Accounts must be registered with accurate personal details. Duplicate or multiple accounts are not permitted.
3. To participate, customers must opt in or select the Promotion via the cashier before making a qualifying deposit. Deposits made without opting in will not be eligible for the bonus. This Promotion is not available for crypto deposits.

8. Free Spins will expire 30 days after being credited if not used.

11. The Free Bet is stake not returned (SNR). This means that only the net winnings from the Free Bet will be credited and the stake will not be returned. The Free Bet expires 30 days after being credited if not used.
12. Second Bonus
12. The second bonus is available on your second qualifying deposit. Customers do not need to claim the first bonus in order to qualify for the second bonus.
13. The minimum qualifying deposit for the second bonus is R100.
14. The second bonus is a 150% bonus up to R5 000.
15. The bonus can be used on Sports, Horse Racing and Games.
16. General Bonus Conditions
16. Wagering requirements must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.
17. Sports wagering requirement: 8x (deposit + bonus) on bets with minimum odds of 2.00.
18. Games wagering requirement: 40x (deposit + bonus).
19. Not all bets contribute the same percentage to the wagering requirement and lower contribution percentages will require more wagering to complete. The stake contributions are as follows:

20. Only settled bets contribute to wagering requirements. Cancelled, invalid, void, cashed-out bets, starting price bets and bets placed using Free Bets do not count.
21. Only the first sports bet per selection/market/event counts towards wagering requirements.
22. Maximum stake per sports bet using bonus funds is R1,000. In cases where the wager exceeds this amount, 10bet reserves the right to void the wager and/or cut any associated winnings, and withdrawals will be adjusted accordingly.
23. Both the first and second bonuses expire 30 days after being credited if the wagering requirements are not met.
24. If a customer requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements, the bonus will be cancelled and all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Only the remaining portion of the original deposit (if any) will be returned to the customer’s real money balance.
25. This bonus cannot be combined with any other Promotion and cannot be used as a qualification requirement for other Promotions.
26. 10bet reserves the right to suspend customers from the Promotion due to fraudulent activity.
27. All bonuses and Promotions are intended for recreational use only. 10bet reserves the right to review gameplay and betting patterns before processing any withdrawal.
28. Irregular play includes, but is not limited to:
    • Placing bets on multiple outcomes of the same event or market (including opposite or related bets) in order to reduce risk or guarantee a profit (e.g. betting on both over and under 2.5 goals, or covering multiple outcomes in the same match).
    • Using a combination of Bonus and Real Money funds on the same event or market to reduce risk or secure a guaranteed return.
    • Repeatedly placing bets on markets or opportunities designed to maximise return with minimal risk.
    • Any betting patterns that indicate risk-free profit-seeking, bonus abuse, or attempts to circumvent the intended wagering requirements.
29. Where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse or activity inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, 10bet may, at its sole discretion, withhold withdrawals, cancel bonuses and void associated winnings, apply deposit or withdrawal restrictions, or suspend or close accounts.
30. 10bet reserves the right to determine whether gameplay undermines the spirit of a Promotional offer and to take action in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
31. 10bet reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion at its own discretion for reasonable and/or justifiable reasons and without notice. In such event you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against 10bet and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against 10bet.
32. By claiming the bonus, customers hereby indemnify, release and hold 10bet, its Directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors harmless from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from participating in the Promotion.

34. Every customer participating in the Promotion will be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions, the General 10bet Terms & Conditions and the 10bet General Promotional Terms, by virtue of participation.
